How do I sign in?
Open the Edit page: if you are not signed in the login form appears first.
Use your Hamrahang username (or e-mail) and password. The credentials are posted as
JSON to ?_qjs=wal through the PHP gateway, the answer is stored in a
server side session and the browser only receives a CSRF token.
Who is allowed to use the editor?
Accounts whose act value is greater than or equal to
7 (the administrator flag used by ha.php). Any other
account receives 403 forbidden and never sees the workspace.
Which ids can I type in the search box?
Both. Public ids (11210700 + real id) and raw database ids are
resolved: when the first attempt returns nothing the gateway retries with the
id offset applied. Plain text queries fall back to the full text search.
What does the type drop down change?
It narrows the query. With All types the search runs across artists, albums, songs, videos and playlists; picking a single type restricts the answer to that table (and to the right sub type, for example Podcast inside songs or Music video inside videos).
Where do the results come from?
Every call is proxied server side to
https://hamrahang.ir/ha.php?_qjs=..., so no CORS preflight, no token in
localStorage and one single place to change the upstream url.
